Proses pembuatannya cukup mudah dan cepat. Pertama-tama cairan telur yang sudah di campur dengan sagu dan air dituangkan ke lapisan besi tipis yang panas, setelah itu ditunggu sebentar sampai bagian bawahnya berwarna kecokelatan dan dengan meggunakan tusuk sate, menganggkat adonan telur tersebut secara berputar. Setelah selesai , jajanan telur gulung tersebut dimasukkan ke plastik bening. Lalu untuk menambahkan cita rasanya agar semakin enak dan gurih, Bang Acoi menyediakan berbagai macam bumbu dan saus untuk pelengkap telur gulung yang dijualnya yaitu bumbu asin (Royco), saus sambal dan saus tomat.

This street hawker can be called with few names such as cilung, darlung, sate telur gulung, etc. But not only eggs, there are other ingridients such as sago and water.This telur gulung, which we will talk about now was sold by a 35-years-old man. He is usually called Bang Acoi and you can find him at an alley next to Tarumanagara University which located on West Jakarta (Leten S. Parman Street 1) from 9am-4pm. So, Bang Acoi is not available on weekend. The price is very cheap. You can get one stick of telur gulung for only Rp 1.000,00.The making process is quite easy and fast. First, mix the egg with sago and water. Pour the batter to a flat and hot layer of iron, wait until the downside turn to brown and use satay skewer stick to take it up by rolling it. After that, put this telur gulung to a transparent plastic. To add more flavors, Bang Acoi provide salty seasoning (Royco) and ketchup to our telur gulung.
